Traveler Guidelines & Things to Keep in Mind

Tea & Water:

Adequate tea is available at all times.

Drinking water is available from the onboard water filter.

Itinerary Flexibility:

Itinerary times may change due to water conditions, river tides, traveler convenience, or other unavoidable circumstances. Cooperation with the operator/host is requested.

Safety & Conduct:

Contact the tour operator/host for any issues during the tour.

Respect rules and guidelines of tourist spots.

Avoid littering; use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.

Misbehavior with locals is strictly prohibited. Seek help from the operator if necessary.

Consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited.

Meals:

There is no separate dining space; all meals are served on the open deck.

Group Tour:

This is a group tour; other travelers will share the experience with you.

Travelers wishing to visit Lakmachora by bike will need to pay the bike fare separately.

• Carry a set of fresh clothing for the beach.

Cancellation*  
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.  
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.  
Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
